Product Introduction

Screw conveyors transport materials using rotating spiral blades or spiral sides with rotating tanks. In dry mortar production lines, powder materials are conveyed through screw systems where spiral blade rotation controls material feeding. The conveyor operates within completely sealed cavity bodies to prevent environmental contamination and material agglomeration from moisture. Tubular screw conveyors are typically used for cement and compound material transportation.

Screw conveyors typically operate at angles up to 45°, with maximum angles reaching 60°. Length can be adjusted by adding or reducing standard sections, with maximum single screw length not exceeding 14 meters. Spiral relay systems enable longer transport distances when required.
