Product Introduction

Screw conveyors transport materials using rotating spiral blades or by rotating the spiral side and tank together. In dry mortar production lines, powder materials are transmitted via screw conveyor, with feeding controlled by starting and stopping the spiral blade rotation.

The conveyor operates within a completely sealed cavity body to prevent environmental contamination and protect materials from moisture-induced agglomeration. Tubular screw conveyors are typically used for transporting cement and compound materials.

Screw conveyors typically operate at angles up to 45°, with maximum angles reaching 60°. Different lengths can be achieved by adding or reducing standard sections, with each screw not exceeding 14 meters in length. Spiral relay systems can be implemented for longer transport distances.
