Product Description

Screw conveyors transport materials using rotating spiral blades or by rotating the spiral side and tank assembly. In dry mortar production lines, powder materials are transmitted via screw conveyor, with feeding controlled by starting and stopping the spiral blade rotation. The conveyor operates within a completely sealed cavity body to prevent environmental contamination and protect materials from moisture-induced agglomeration. Tubular screw conveyors are typically used for transporting cement and compound materials.

Screw conveyors typically operate at angles up to 45°, with maximum angles reaching 60°. Different lengths can be achieved by adding or reducing standard sections, though individual screw lengths should not exceed 14 meters. Spiral relay systems can be implemented for longer transport distances.
