Significant progress has been made in the custom manufacturing of two spiral conveyors for our Portuguese client:
① Food-grade conveyor: Diameter 800 mm, length 5.6 meters, made of 304L stainless steel, complying with food processing hygiene standards;
② High-temperature-resistant conveyor: Diameter 800 mm, length 5 meters, made of 310S stainless steel, capable of withstanding environments up to 1000°C.

The project has completed the design, mold production, and raw material procurement stages, and has now officially entered the production welding and assembly phase. Throughout the entire manufacturing process, we strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 quality management system, maintaining a first-pass inspection qualification rate of over 99.8%, ensuring that every product delivered to the client is reliable and durable.
