Product Description

The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove configuration, with one left-handed and one right-handed screw. These screws rotate through a gear pair at the shaft extension position, creating axial material movement for efficient conveying operations.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed port and, as the rotating shaft turns, receives thrust from the helical blades. While radial components and blade friction could induce rotation, material gravity and trough friction prevent this, resulting in controlled axial movement along the trough for precise material handling.
