Working Principle

The equipment operates by placing a matrix net inside the working chamber surrounded by a screw coil. AC power is converted to DC excitation power through a silicon rectifier control system. When the coil is energized, the matrix becomes magnetized, creating a non-uniform magnetic field on its surface—specifically a high gradient magnetic field. As slurry passes through the matrix within the working chamber, magnetic materials are absorbed by the matrix while non-magnetic materials pass through, effectively separating magnetic matter from non-magnetic components.
