Working Principle

The working chamber contains a matrix net surrounded by screw coils. AC power is converted to DC excitation power through a silicon rectifier control system. When the coil is energized, the matrix becomes magnetized, creating a non-uniform magnetic field with high gradient on the matrix surface. As slurry passes through the working chamber, magnetic particles are absorbed by the matrix while non-magnetic materials pass through, effectively separating magnetic matter from non-magnetic substances.
