Product Description

Our magnetic separator for manganese ore effectively eliminates tramp iron from ores and removes contaminating materials that can damage equipment. We manufacture two primary types of magnetic separators: wet magnetic separators and magnetic drum separators. These machines are essential in concentration processes for sorting various types of metals and can separate weak magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite, and garnet from non-magnetic substances using high-intensity separation technology.

Working Principle

The pulp flows into the cell body from the pulp box, and under the water flow of the feeding spray pipe, mineral grains enter the feeding area in a loose condition. Within the magnetic field, magnetic ore particles form magnetic groups or chains influenced by magnetic forces inside the pulp. These magnetic aggregates move toward the magnetic pole and are ultimately absorbed onto the cylinder for separation.

Applications

This magnetic separator for manganese ore is suitable for wet magnetic separation of materials with granularity below 3mm, including magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, and ilmenite. It can also effectively remove iron from materials such as coal, non-metal ores, and building materials.
