Product Introduction

Screw conveyor transports materials using rotating spiral blades or spiral side and rotating tank mechanisms. In dry mortar production lines, powder materials are conveyed through screw conveyor systems, with material feeding controlled by starting and stopping the spiral blade rotation. The conveyor operates within a completely sealed cavity to prevent environmental contamination and protect materials from moisture-induced agglomeration. Tubular screw conveyors are typically used for transporting cement and compound materials.

Screw conveyors typically operate at angles up to 45°, with maximum angles reaching 60°. Length can be adjusted by adding or removing standard sections, with each screw section not exceeding 14 meters. Spiral relay systems enable longer transport distances when required.
