This innovative conveyor offers broader application capabilities compared to traditional LS type and GX type screw conveyors with shafts. It is specifically engineered for continuous conveying of materials that are sticky, prone to winding, easily blocked, or have poor flow characteristics. The equipment can handle materials with temperatures up to 100°C and can be installed at angles up to 45°.

Applications

Shaftless screw conveyors are extensively utilized across multiple sectors of the national economy, including building materials, metallurgy, chemical processing, electric power generation, coal handling, machinery manufacturing, light industry, and food processing. These conveyors are ideal for transporting powder, granulated materials, and small lump materials such as cement, coal, grain, fertilizer, ash, sand, and coke. They are not recommended for conveying perishable materials or substances with high viscosity.
