Product Introduction

This equipment is designed for cohesive treatment of sludge with moisture content ranging from 45-80% during sludge drying processes. It effectively handles materials from filter press dehydration, centrifugal dehydration, and screw stacker dehydration systems, serving as transfer storage material. The mixer prevents common issues with ordinary silos where sludge arching and bridging disrupt normal material flow to downstream conveying equipment.

Working Principle

The reduction motor drives the arch-breaking mechanism through a coupling connection. As the breaking plate rotates, it rolls, cuts, and breaks up material within the storage bin, effectively destroying the bridging characteristics and forces that cause material blockages. This ensures smooth, consistent material flow to subsequent processing stages.
