Technical Specifications

Operating Principle

Screw conveyor transports materials using rotating spiral blades or spiral side and rotating tank mechanisms. Designed for dry mortar production lines, this system controls powder material feeding through spiral blade rotation and stop functions. The completely sealed cavity body prevents environmental contamination and protects materials from moisture-induced agglomeration.

Operating Parameters

Standard operation angles up to 45°, with maximum angles reaching 60°. Customizable lengths achieved by adding or reducing standard sections, with maximum single screw length of 14m. Spiral relay systems available for longer transport distances.
