Excellent Wear and Corrosion Resistance: Utilizing 38CrMoAlA as the base material, combined with nitriding, hardening, and tempering treatments, the extruder achieves a nitriding hardness of HV900 ~ 1050 and a nitriding thickness of 0.5 ~ 0.8 mm, ensuring outstanding performance in high-wear and corrosive environments.

High-Precision Processing and Low-Friction Surface: With a surface roughness of Ra0.4 and a liner straightness of 0.015 mm, the extruder ensures high precision and low friction during the extrusion process, contributing to improved production efficiency and product quality.
