Product Description

Working Principle

The scraper conveyor operates by fixing scrapers onto chains (forming scraper chains) within the open material receiving section. These chains function as traction members. When the head transmission component activates, it drives the sprocket on the head shaft to rotate, causing the scraper chain to circulate and propel materials along the chute until discharge at the machine head. The scraper chain bypasses the sprocket in a continuous closed-loop operation to complete material transportation.
