This OEM custom industrial electric incline chain scraper conveyor is an essential transportation solution for conveying materials including sludge, kitchen waste, and dust removal. The system comprises head transmission, chute, scraper components, and is engineered to enhance sealing performance and scraper strength while increasing conveying capacity and operational efficiency.

Working Principle

The scraper conveyor operates by fixing scrapers to chains (forming scraper chains) within the open material receiving section. When the head transmission unit activates, it drives the sprocket on the head shaft to rotate, causing the scraper chain to circulate and propel materials along the chute until discharge at the machine head. The scraper chain bypasses the sprocket in a continuous closed-loop operation to complete material transportation.
