Product Introduction

Scraper conveyor serves as a vital transportation solution for conveying materials including sludge, kitchen waste, and dust removal. Comprising head transmission, chute, scraper components, and more, this equipment enhances sealing performance and scraper strength while increasing conveying capacity and operational efficiency.

Working Principle

The scraper conveyor operates by fixing scrapers onto chains (forming scraper chains) within the open material receiving section. When the head transmission unit activates, it drives the sprocket on the head shaft to rotate, causing the scraper chain to circulate and propel materials along the chute until discharge at the machine head. The scraper chain continuously cycles around the sprocket in a closed-loop operation for efficient material transportation.
