HPT Fully Hardened Powder Alloy Screw
Made of tungsten-cobalt powder alloy tool steel with overall hardening process. Internal and external hardness reaches HRC65°. Suitable for transparent products, precision items, and high-temperature corrosive plastics including LCP, PES, PPA with fiber additives.
Double Alloy Screw
Uses SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA base material with tungsten carbide nickel-based alloy ion spray welding. Surface hardness approximately HRC60°. Ideal for transparent products and engineering materials like PA6, PA66 with fiber additives.
Electroplating Screw
SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA base materials with hard chromium, nickel, or titanium electroplating. Hardness around HRC60°. Suitable for PC, PMMA, PET transparent materials and corrosive U-PVC plastics.
Stainless Steel Screw
9Cr18MoV special stainless tool steel with overall quenching and hardening treatment. Overall hardness approximately HRC55°.
SKD61 Screw
Hitachi SKD61 material processed with special techniques for excellent toughness and strong torsion resistance.
