Product Description

Spiral blades are commonly used to meet bulk material handling needs, such as transferring viscous and sticky materials. The spiral surface has the functions of stirring and mixing materials during the conveying process. The screw flights of the screw conveyors have three forms: solid spiral surface, ribbon spiral surface and blade spiral surface.

Spiral blades are widely used for many purposes, including building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, mining and agricultural industries through to the bulk handling and piling industries. They are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small block materials such as coal, ash, slag, cement and grain. Usually the temperature of the transferred material is below 200°C.
