Spiral blades are engineered to meet bulk material handling requirements, particularly for transferring viscous and sticky materials. The spiral surface provides material stirring and mixing functions during the conveying process. Screw conveyor flights are available in three configurations: solid spiral surface, ribbon spiral surface, and blade spiral surface.

These spiral blades serve diverse applications across building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, mining, and agricultural industries, extending to bulk handling and pilling operations. They are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveyance of powdery, granular, and small block materials including coal, ash, slag, cement, and grain. The maximum operating temperature for conveyed materials is typically 200°C.
