TLSS series horizontal screw conveyor is a fixed mechanical conveying equipment designed for horizontal or near-horizontal (inclination angle <20°) transportation of granular or powdery materials in the grain and feed industries. The suspension shaft utilizes copper oil-impregnated bearings or machine tool bearings for easy lubrication. Constructed primarily from stamped steel plates for efficiency, the system features a simple dust isolation structure at the outlet end for safety and reliability. With multiple left-handed and right-handed spiral body configurations and interchangeable inlet/outlet bearing seats, this conveyor offers exceptional process flexibility.
