Product Introduction

The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove with left-handed and right-handed configurations. When operating, the two screws rotate through a gear pair at the shaft extension, enabling axial material movement for efficient conveying.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed port. As the rotating shaft turns, the helical blades generate thrust that moves material axially along the trough. Material gravity and trough friction prevent rotation with the blades, ensuring controlled forward movement.
