Constructed with 304 stainless steel or wear-resistant alloy steel, this conveyor withstands materials up to 100℃ with a maximum inclination angle of 30°. The modular design allows customizable throughput from 2-80t/h, while the fully enclosed structure with mirror-polished surfaces ensures zero leakage, complying with stringent environmental standards.

Operating Principle

This conveyor propels materials via a rotating shaftless spiral blade within a U-shaped trough, eliminating central shaft-induced entanglement. Driven by a low-speed high-torque motor, it reduces energy consumption by 15-20% compared to traditional models.

The ≤2mm clearance between precision-engineered blades and trough prevents material residue, while an intelligent VFD control system dynamically adjusts rotation speed to accommodate varying material humidity and viscosity. Quick-disassembly components enable 5-minute cleaning cycles, minimizing operational downtime.
