Product Introduction

The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove configuration, with one left-handed and one right-handed screw. These screws rotate through a gear pair at the shaft extension, enabling axial material movement for efficient conveying operations.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed port and is propelled by the rotating helical blades. The thrust from the blades moves material axially along the trough, while gravity and friction prevent rotation around the axis, ensuring controlled forward movement.
