Product Introduction
The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove with left-handed and right-handed configurations. Through synchronized gear-driven rotation, the spiral bodies move materials axially to achieve efficient conveying.
Working Principle
Material enters through the feed port and is propelled by the helical blades' thrust force. While gravity and trough friction prevent rotational movement, the axial component of blade thrust drives material forward along the trough's axis.
