Product Introduction

The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove with left-handed and right-handed configurations. Through synchronized gear operation, the spiral bodies rotate to move materials axially for efficient conveying.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed port and is propelled by helical blade thrust during shaft rotation. While gravity and trough friction prevent rotational movement, the axial component of blade thrust ensures consistent forward material flow along the trough.
