Working Principle

The system operates by placing a matrix net inside the working chamber surrounded by a screw coil. AC power is converted to DC excitation power through a silicon rectifier control system. When the coil is energized, the matrix becomes magnetized, creating a non-uniform magnetic field on its surface - a high gradient magnetic field. As slurry passes through the matrix in the working chamber, magnetic materials are absorbed while non-magnetic materials pass through, effectively separating magnetic matter from non-magnetic components.
