Product Introduction

Industrial-grade anti-skid electric adjustable angle conveyor belt is a heavy-duty material conveying solution designed for the mining and packaging industries. It uses a high-temperature resistant synthetic rubber belt (EP300 steel wire rope core) with diamond-shaped anti-skid patterns on the surface (depth 3mm), which can stably convey bulk materials (such as ore, coal, and bagged goods) at -20℃ to 150℃. It is equipped with a hydraulic stepless angle adjustment system (0°-30° inclination, adjustment time ≤30 seconds) and a 15kW variable frequency motor to achieve precise control of the belt speed of 0.8-4.5m/s, with a maximum load capacity of 3000kg/m. It supports OEM customization and provides special configurations such as explosion-proof, waterproof (IP65), acid and alkali resistance to meet the needs of complex scenarios such as underground mines, port loading and unloading, and automated packaging lines.

Working Principle

Power Drive: The variable frequency motor drives the head drum to rotate through the reducer, driving the circular belt to circulate.

Angle Adjustment: The hydraulic legs are raised and lowered synchronously, and the articulated frame is used to achieve stepless adjustment of the conveying angle to meet dynamic needs such as truck loading and unloading, stacking and transfer.

Anti-slip Control: The belt surface is molded with bidirectional diamond convex patterns, and the friction coefficient is ≥0.45 (dry state). The tail is equipped with a self-cleaning gravity tensioning device to automatically compensate for the belt elongation.

Material Stability: Double-sided corrugated ribs (adjustable height 60-120mm) + anti-overflow skirt to ensure zero leakage of granular/powder materials.

Key Features

Industrial-grade Anti-skid Design: Diamond-patterned anti-skid layer with surface hardness Shore A 75°, wear-resistant layer thickness 8mm, service life ≥20,000 hours. Anti-deviation system with laser centering roller + automatic deviation correction roller group, offset ≤5cm automatic correction.
Intelligent Angle Adjustment: Hydraulic control inclination accuracy ±0.5°, support remote control/PLC dual-mode operation. Modular segmented rack, can be extended to 50 meters, disassembly and assembly time <2 hours.
High Temperature and Corrosion Resistance: Belt cover glue temperature resistance 150℃ (short-term 180℃), tensile strength ≥18MPa. Optional flame retardant and antistatic type (in line with MT914 coal mine standard) or food-grade PU belt.
Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System: Built-in vibration + temperature sensor, real-time monitoring of bearing status (warning accuracy ±5℃). 7-inch touch screen displays load current, belt speed, cumulative transportation volume and other data, supports RS485 communication.
In-depth Customization Service: Provide Explosion-proof motor (Ex d IIC T4), stainless steel frame, mobile wheeled chassis, etc. 100+ configuration combinations. 3D design plan issued within 48 hours, 3-year warranty (5-year for core components).
