The CMS (Continuous Single Shaft Plough Mixer) specializes in mixing and can also function as a conveyor. Its unique internal structure accommodates varying feeding speeds to achieve desired productivity levels.
The CMD (Continuous Double Shaft Paddle Mixer) maximizes productivity through vigorous mixing that scatters materials, promoting diffusion and thorough blending within the twin shafts' meshing space. This model is particularly effective for mixing fibers and granules.
Continuous Powder Mixer Operating Principles
Overflow Method
This method controls discharge by maintaining a specific material volume in the mixer tank during continuous operation. The retained material mixes with incoming new material through alternating and superimposing actions, maintaining discharge-ready conditions as material overflows out.
Advance and Retreat Supplies Method
Utilizing the mixing agitator, this method achieves synchronous or alternating feeding and retreat forces. Operators can select from three approaches based on material properties and mixing requirements: more feeding/less retreat, less feeding/more retreat, or equal feeding/retreat ratios.
