Custom Stainless Steel Twin-Screw Mixer with Conical Agitator
Professional-grade twin-screw conical mixer featuring polished and brushed finish, constructed from wear-resistant alloy with dual-input reducer for optimal performance in industrial mixing applications.
Material Selection
Available in carbon steel, manganese steel, SS304, 316L, and 321. Different materials can be used for parts contacting and non-contacting with raw materials. Surface treatments include sandblasting, wire drawing, polishing, and mirror polishing.
Driven Unit
Equipped with appropriative double output reducer combining pinwheel, gear, and worm gear configurations. Drive unit and power specifications vary according to raw material properties, starting methods, and processing requirements.
Discharging Unit
Available with spherical valve or plum-blossom dislocation valve. Valve surfaces match screw bottom track to minimize mixing dead zones and maximize discharging area, ensuring no leftover material. Excellent sealing performance for powders and liquids.
Auxiliary Components
Optional circulation medium jacket for temperature control. Custom coatings for anti-riot, anti-caking, and metal isolation. Spraying or atomizing units for liquid addition. Wear-proof alloy overlays for severe conditions.
Mixing Mechanism
Double screw conical mixer rotates around its axis using two internal asymmetric spirals mounted on cantilever. The rotational force drives spirals in revolution around conical chamber axis, creating four-direction material movement:
Two inner asymmetric spirals upgrade materials by rotation
Tumbler low-speed rotation creates circular material motion
Spiral rotation and revolution absorb and diffuse materials
Two upward material flows converge downward to center, forming convective circulation
Selection Guidelines
Choose batch working capacity from 0.1 m³ to 20 m³
Select contact and non-contact materials (mild steel, SUS304, SUS316L, SUS321)
Determine motor power based on material gravity, fluidity, and operation type
Add auxiliary components (spraying, heating, cooling) as needed
Choose discharging and driven modes: manual, pneumatic, electric
Important: Mixer selection requires detailed material information, processing conditions, and factory arrangement. Our technical team provides professional support for optimal configuration.
