System Overview

This integrated system combines a stainless steel screw conveyor and an automatic powder feeder. The screw conveyor transfers bulk powder materials from the storage hopper upward to the feeding station. Inside the tube, rotating spiral blades continuously lift raw materials by friction and thrust force. After materials arrive at the feeding unit, the servo-controlled feeding screw accurately discharges powder into containers.
