Product Overview

The screw conveyor is designed to transport drill cuttings to a vertical cuttings dryer or High G drying shaker for further processing, and to receive drill cuttings from shale shakers, mud cleaners, and centrifuges.

It is typically available in four diameter options: 10 inches, 12 inches, 16 inches, 18 inches, and 20 inches. The length can be customized according to actual working conditions, but is generally 12–48 ft. Depending on customer requirements, the screw conveyor can be manufactured from different materials, including carbon steel and various grades of stainless steel.

The screw conveyor consists of an impeller, shaft (if necessary), cover, motor, and gearbox. In addition to oil field applications, screw conveyors are used in the chemical industry, construction industry, food industry, mining industry, and more. The conveyor angle is adjustable for different work sites. We typically use U-type conveyors and round pipe conveyors to move slurry. Speed regulation is possible through a mechanical gearbox or a VFD control panel.
