Customized Heat Resistant Tubular Screw Conveyor and Fire Resistant Tube Auger Conveyor for Metallurgy Slag

This heavy-duty tubular screw conveyor is specially developed for metallurgy workshop conditions. It adopts a closed tubular shell structure. Driven by a motor and reducer, internal spiral blades push small-particle slag and similar granular bulk materials continuously from inlet to outlet. It features stable running, good sealing performance, and strong wear resistance, and is widely used for metallurgical slag conveying and other industrial bulk material transfer.

The tubular screw conveyor is powered by a matched motor and reducer, which drives the screw shaft with spiral flights to rotate steadily inside the closed tubular casing. Once small-particle slag enters the pipe from the feeding inlet, the rotating spiral flights generate thrust to push bulk materials forward along the inner tube. Materials move axially without backward sliding, and finally flow out from the designated discharge outlet, completing continuous, directional material conveying. The whole conveying process runs in the sealed tube, which avoids material splashing and dust escape. The reducer can stabilize output torque to keep a uniform feeding speed for granular slag.
