Product Introduction

The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove with left-handed and right-handed configurations. When operating, the two screws rotate through a gear pair at the shaft extension, enabling axial material movement for efficient conveying.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed port. As the rotating shaft turns, the helical blade exerts normal thrust on the material. While radial components and blade friction could potentially cause material rotation around the axis, material gravity and trough friction prevent this rotation. Instead, the material moves axially along the trough under the blade's thrust component.
