Product Introduction

The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove with left-handed and right-handed configurations. Through gear-driven rotation at the shaft extension, the spiral bodies move materials axially to achieve efficient conveying.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed port. When the rotating shaft turns, the helical blades generate normal thrust. While radial components and blade friction could cause rotation, material gravity and trough friction maintain axial movement along the trough, ensuring controlled material flow.
