Product Description

The spiral sand washing machine utilizes a spiral mechanism to stir sand and gravel, effectively mixing soil and water which are then discharged through designated orifices. The sand and gravel are gradually screened and discharged from the top outlet, achieving comprehensive cleaning and screening of materials.

Working Principle

During operation, the motor drives the impeller through a V-belt and gear reducer system. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank, roll under impeller guidance, and grind against each other to remove surface impurities while breaking water vapor layers for optimal dehydration. Continuous water flow carries away low-specific-gravity impurities through the overflow port, producing clean, processed sand.
