Product Introduction

The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove with left-handed and right-handed configurations. Through synchronized gear operation at the shaft extension, the dual screws rotate to move materials axially for efficient conveying.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed port and is propelled by helical blade thrust during shaft rotation. While radial components and blade friction could induce rotation, material gravity and trough friction maintain axial movement along the trough, ensuring controlled material flow.
