Product Introduction

The double-shaft screw conveyor features a solid screw in a U-shaped groove with left-handed and right-handed configurations. Through gear-driven rotation at the shaft extension, the spiral bodies move materials axially to achieve efficient conveying.

Working Principle

Material enters through the feed port and is propelled by the helical blade's normal thrust during shaft rotation. While radial components and blade friction could induce rotation, material gravity and trough friction ensure axial movement along the trough, enabling controlled material transport.
