HPT Fully Hardened Powder Alloy Screw

Made from tungsten-cobalt powder alloy tool steel with integral hardening process. Uniform HRC65° hardness throughout, suitable for transparent products, precision components, and high-temperature corrosive plastics including LCP, PES, PPA with fiber additives.

Double Alloy Screw

Base material of SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA with tungsten carbide nickel-based alloy ion spray welding. Surface hardness approximately HRC60°, ideal for transparent products and engineering materials like PA6, PA66 with fiber reinforcement.

Electroplating Screw

SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA base materials with hard chromium, nickel, or titanium electroplating. HRC60° hardness suitable for PC, PMMA, PET transparent materials and corrosive U-PVC plastics.

Stainless Steel Screw

9Cr18MoV special stainless tool steel with overall quenching and hardening treatment. Uniform HRC55° hardness throughout.
