Z type bucket elevator is a heavy-duty machine, capable to process huge amounts of material. Bucket Conveyor is suitable for elevating the materials from a lower level to a higher level, the materials are conveyed upward in an automatic and continuous manner through the vibrating station.

Operation Overview

Bucket elevators are designed to gently handle bulk solid materials without breakage or spillage. The elevator has buckets that are side mounted between two drive chains, allowing the buckets to remain in their horizontal position while conveying material vertically, horizontally or at any angle. Finally, the buckets tip to empty the material at the elevator's outlets.
