Working Principle

The vibration fluidized bed dryer operates as a continuous drying system for non-sticky particles. Cold air is filtered and heated to optimal temperature, then distributed through multiple inlets into the lower bed. Material enters evenly via screw feeder and moves forward horizontally under vibration force while undergoing efficient heat exchange with upward-flowing hot air, rapidly evaporating moisture for complete drying.
